At Boost Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in like-new condition with all original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your device is within the 7-day return window and includes all original components, manuals, and packaging without any physical damage.
- 2.Obtain Authorization
Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required to track and process your return successfully.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box and affix the provided shipping label, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned device, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
